Smart Shift is the latest breakthrough in electronic overdrive transmission control for the GM 4L60E and GM 4L80E. No laptops or hand held tuning devices are required to have total control over shift points, shift firmness, and torque converter lockup. All parameters are adjusted with easy to use dials on the end of the Smart Shift unit. Also included are complete diagnostic capabilities communicated via simple LED's that can also tell you what gear you're in and whether or not your torque converter is locked up for better fuel economy. There's no need to download anything. Just install the unit and clearly labeled harness and get busy driving your new overdrive equipped muscle car! It doesn't get any simpler than Smart Shift!
