Job Description

Ground Up, Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist in day-to-day operations. As a Customer Support Representative with Ground Up, Inc. you will be part of an exceptional team committed to caring for our customers, handling daily tasks, and helping us grow our business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling a large volume of incoming customer phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Guide our customers through troubleshooting, navigating the website, and using our products
  • Communicating with product vendors and shipping department to assure timely processing of orders
  • Must have open availability 9am-6pm Mon-Thur & 9am-3pm Fri
  • Must also be available to work some Saturdays
  • Collaborate with other Customer Service professionals to improve overall service

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail & highly organized – Required
  • Must be familiar and comfortable with working with Multi Screens – Required
  • Microsoft Suite – Required
  • 2 years experience with PC computers and the internet – Required
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) – Required
  • Experience working in Live Chat – Preferred but not required
  • Typing 40+ WPM – Highly Recommend
  • Automotive Intrest – Highly Recommend
  • Automotive Knowledge – Preferred but not required
