As a small team looking to expand, we’re seeking individuals who are customer-oriented, self-sufficient, willing to learn with the team, and driven to develop enthusiastically satisfied customers. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction and consumer confidence with our company. Ultimately, a Ground Up, Inc. customer service representative will address customer concerns about their orders and follow up with any tasks that the customer needs post-order while maintaining the company’s positive reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

As an inbound sales representative, you will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction and consumer confidence with our company and products. Ultimately, a Ground Up, Inc. inbound sales representative will assist customers in finding the correct products, input accurate customer data, provide answers to customer questions, and collect payment verbally while maintaining the company’s positive reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchasing products.
  • Update database with new information, customer records, or detailed notes during every interaction
  • Respond to customer emails and provide accurate and satisfactory answers to their questions or concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Upsell and promote new product offerings
  • Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs and time

Order Picker duties and responsibilities

  • Efficiently pick customer orders
  • Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, etc. ensuring accuracy
  • Ensure that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
  • Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
  • Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards

Order Picker requirements and qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Great attention to detail
  • Diligent and punctual

We are looking for a full-time and/or part-time energetic warehouse production worker to build kits, sort and repackage inbound freight, and restock the warehouse. Warehouse production worker responsibilities include sorting and repackaging materials, restocking warehouse inventory, and building kit products for retail. If you have an interest in classic American muscle cars and are a positive and pleasant person able to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and supervisors then this might be the position for you.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
