How It Works:

Add any eligible, in-stock item to your cart and select the “Pickup” option at checkout.

Note: If you’re placing an order from out of state, use our store address as the shipping location to unlock the pickup option: 2 Commerce Blvd, Palm Coast, FL 32164.
2. Quick Processing

We’ll have your pickup order ready within 1 business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is prepared for pickup.
3. Easy Pickup

Once you receive your confirmation, you are free to pick-up during our business hours. (SEE BELOW)
Note: In-store orders are welcome, but online orders processed in advance are faster and preferred.
What to Bring for Pickup:
- For your protection, only the person who placed the order can pick it up. Please bring the following items for verification: A valid state-issued photo ID, along with a digital or printed copy of your order invoice.
- If somebody else is picking up the order, please call our support team to give your approval to release the order to the person picking it up.

Yes, this is the preferred option and ensures a speedy experience at Ground Up Motors – SS396.com. At this time, you are only able to place pick-up orders over the phone.
After a pick-up order is processed and ready to pick-up a cancellation fee and restocking fee will be applied to the order and the remaining order balance will be refunded.
There is no time limit but payments are captured at the time of processing your order. Storage fees may be assessed after 7-business days
All items in stock at the time of pick-up are eligible. Items that are on backorder or require shipment directly from the supplier are not available for pick-up and will be required to ship directly to the customer or picked up at a later date.
Only in-stock items are eligible for in-store pickup. To check availability, See Web or cart for items with In Stock & Ready to Ship!
Yes as long as the product has not been modified, altered, or installed. Additionally, these returns may not be processed the same day. In the event your return is not able to be processed during your visit an RMA number will be assigned and you will be notified and refunded as soon as its processed.
Unfortunately, we are not accepting cash payments at this time. All orders must be paid for at the time of pick-up with a credit card, debit card, or money order.
