This is an original style cowl induction throttle switch, with the correct bracket included, that operates the opening of the hood door on your 1970-1972 Chevelle with cowl induction. This also is used for the transmission kickdown switch on TH400 equipped cars.

Part Notes:
Bracket part number ACC-8555 is included with this kit. This bracket is correct for 1970-1972 models. 1968-1969 models must use a 1970 pedal assembly to make use of the supplied bracket.
