Ron V’s 1967 Chevelle

Built From The Ground Up

Ron V’s 1967 Chevelle

This 1967 Chevelle had been spotted by Ron back in 2010 at a Goodguys show in Des Moines, Iowa. He approached the owner and they agreed on a price after a lengthy discussion.

“I bought a new 1969 Chevelle in 1969 when I was 19 years old. I loved that Chevelle and regret every day since selling it. I was determined to find that original Chevelle or replace it with another. I had no luck finding my original Chevelle, so I set out to find a replacement.”

Ron

It was everything Ron ever wanted in a Chevelle, and as a bonus he didn’t even need to restore it! All he’s done since purchasing it was adding a Vintage Air system, a Tremec 6 speed transmission, and FAST fuel injection. UMI Performance’s tubular rear upper and lower control arms are the latest upgrade that Ron’s invested in. The front suspension will be next.

This 1967 Chevelle is equipped with a 468 big block on Fast fuel injection, paired to the 6 speed Tremec transmission. A Wilwood front disc brake conversion aids in stopping the power in a hurry.

“Even though my son and I have built and restored other cars, I wanted something more complete. This Chevelle checked all the boxes. It shows very well, gets tons of compliments, and is a joy to drive.”

Ron

"Found what I was looking for at a reasonable price."
