Shawn D’s 1971 Chevelle

Shawn D purchased this 1971 Chevelle from a man in Colorado back in 2005. It had been sitting for a few years when he purchased it so it needed some TLC to get it road ready once again.

So far, Shawn has replaced the very old & tired 350/350 with a fresh 454/400 for some serious added juice. With the power added to this 1971 Chevelle, Shawn needed some additional help in the braking and handling department. To do so, Shawn replaced the wheels and tires with some serious new tread and is planning to add a 4 wheel disc brake conversion this summer.
