Reg K’s 1971 Chevelle

Built From The Ground Up

Reg K’s 1971 Chevelle

Reggie’s friend found this 1971 Chevelle for him in 2007. It had already been sand blasted on a rotisserie, various parts in boxes in the owner’s basement, but it did not have an engine or transmission.

Reggie bought the Chevelle and sent the body and frame to H&W Speed Shop in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. There began the long assembly process over the course of the next three years. The Speed Shop sourced a 383 stroker and a TH350 to go along with it and the rest is history.

Reggie’s main use for this 1971 Chevelle is cruising and entering it into car shows. He loves the comments he gets about how beautiful it is.
