Ray S’s 1963 Nova SS

Built From The Ground Up

Ray S’s 1963 Nova SS

A Sunlit Green 1963 Nova

Ray Slocum bought this 1963 Nova SS just over a year ago. It has a 350 cubic inch engine with dual four-barrel carburetors and an automatic transmission. Ray also added a Vintage Air cooling system to keep his ride running cool during the hotter summer months. The interior retains its original seats, but they have been restored to bring it back to that just off the showroom floor look. The interior also has an upgraded steering wheel and stereo system for some added comfort and 21st-century styling.

When Ray bought this 1963 Nova it was red, which wasn’t really Ray’s style. It was inevitably re-painted Sunlit Green with all new chrome; from bumpers, trim, mirrors, and emblems. To top the whole ride off it’s rolling on a brand new set of Rev 109 wheels.
