George G’s 1970 Chevelle

Built From The Ground Up

George G’s 1970 Chevelle

George had been searching for a 1970 Chevelle for quite some time when he finally caught a lucky break one Saturday morning.

A man had just posted this exact 1970 Chevelle for sale online only ten minutes prior to George locating the advertisement on Craigslist. He gave the man a call and as it would turn out, he was the first to make contact. Not to waste this opportunity, he immediately went to check out the car. It would turn out to be everything that George had been looking for, so a deal was made.

This 1970 Chevelle has received a frame-off restoration performed by George over the past ten years. This Chevelle is equipped with the well-known 454 big block bored out .030 over to make a 468 displacement mill producing 500hp. The power is transferred through a TH700R4 automatic transmission.

“My car is done and came out exactly how I envisioned it in my head. It took me 10 long years but now I can finally get in it and drive it anytime I want.”

A special touch that George has placed into his 1970 Chevelle is that he incorporated the exact SS wheels that were on his father’s 1970 Chevelle SS. When the family sold that Chevelle in 1985, they kept those SS wheels and now they’re on George’s restored car.

"Great prices and fast shipping!"
