Brian S’s 1970 Chevelle SS454 LS5

Built From The Ground Up

Brian S’s 1970 Chevelle SS454 LS5

Brian has had numerous Chevelles over the years, but this was his first 1970 Chevelle, and what a find it was. This is a legitimate LS5 M22 F41 Chevelle with a bench seat and tilt steering column.

He bought it in 2010 from his wife’s cousin who had begun a frame off restoration. The frame was completed and the Chevelle body had gone through paint back to the original code 10 Arctic White, but that was as far as he had gotten. Brian would pick up where he had left off.

So far, this Chevelle has been a joy to take out. Brian takes it on cruises and car shows with his wife and a few friends in their classic cars. These images were taken in Brian’s back yard before he and the crew departed for a car show last summer. The experience is always more fun when you have company.
