Arthur’s 1969 Chevelle SS396

Arthur’s Highly Optioned 1969 Chevelle SS – THE LIST GOES ON

This is the latest example of one of Arthur’s completed projects, a 1969 Chevelle SS 396. This car is all original except for the battery and tires! The list of options is incredible; Factory Power Windows, Tilt Steering, Deluxe Green Seatbelts, Tinted Glass, Rear Window Defroster, Chambered Exhaust, GM Sport Wheel, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, and even the ultra rare Map Light!

Arthur bought this 1969 Chevelle in pieces about 6 years ago and kept it in the garage for the following 4 years. 2 years ago, he began a frame off restoration (which he says was a major project) in order to deliver the finished muscle machine you see here.

Future projects include a 1968 Camaro RS export, a numbers matching 1967 L78 Chevelle, an unrestored 1969 Camaro Pace Car, 1970 Impala, 1971 Camaro SS, a 1955 Nomad, and the list goes on. Check back here for more updates!

When not restoring cars, Arthur runs an aluminum 622ci powered 1971 Nova which he estimates to run 7’s in the quarter-mile on street tires. Woah!
