In addition, we have now included items that can’t be sent internationally in the database so you can shop with confidence knowing what you see can be delivered to you. The best part of all? You will no longer have to wait for your order to be processed to find out an accurate shipping cost!

How To Use Our Brand New International Shipping UI?

  • Step 1

    Locate the flag icon in the bottom left-hand corner of SS396.com. This will either be a United States flag as default or may even automatically be set to your country.

  • Step 2

    Select your country from the list of countries. Doing so will tell you if we are currently shipping to your country and what Duties and Taxes you will face with your order.

  • Step 3

    You are now ready to start shopping on SS396.com! Remember that items that are not eligible to ship to your country will be noted at the time of checkout.

How long do orders take to Ship?

International orders typically take 7-14 Business days to process before shipment.

Why can't I order sheet metal?

Due to the nature of sheet metal products we are unable to ship them internationally, including Canada & Mexico. This is because they are required to ship via truck freight which is not an option provided by our international shipping services. 

Why does shipping seem so high?

Unfortunately, it’s not cheap to ship car parts internationally. This can be due to multiple reasons but the most common is due to the Duties and Taxes your country requires, which are applied at the time of checkout. 

One of my items was canceled after purchase?

This can be for a few different reasons. The main reason this is done is that the lead time to ship a backorder/drop shipped product is too great and would hold up your entire order indefinitely. If this happens you will be notified by email immediately and refunded. 

Is there a cheaper shipping service?

Unfortunately not. The shipping methods listed at checkout are the most competitive rates available for your country.

Can I check the availability of products before ordering?

Absolutely and we strongly recommend doing so! You can contact us via email, over the phone, or via Livechat on our website. 

Why can't I order products like shocks, differential fluid, diff fluid additive, and spray paint?

Unfortunately, the above-mentioned products and products of similar nature are not permitted for transport via aircraft. You will either not be able to check out with the above-mentioned products and products of similar nature or those items will be canceled from your order and refunded.
