Ground Up Motors – SS396.com Gift Cards are digital-only and are delivered via email to the recipient designated at the time of purchase.

Redemption & Use

• Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Gift Cards must be redeemed online at SS396.com for store credit
• To redeem a Gift Card, customers must have an SS396.com account
• Once redeemed, the value is converted into Store Credit and applied to the customer’s account

Expiration

• Gift Cards must be redeemed within five (5) years from the date of purchase
• Gift Cards not redeemed within this five-year period will expire and are no longer valid
• Once a Gift Card has been redeemed and converted into Store Credit, the Store Credit does not expire

Store Credit Terms

• Store Credit may be applied to eligible purchases on SS396.com
• Store Credit is non-transferable
• Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash
• Store Credit may be applied across multiple orders until the balance is fully used

Restrictions & Limitations

• Gift Cards and Store Credit cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards
• Gift Cards and Store Credit cannot be applied retroactively to prior orders
• Gift Cards and Store Credit cannot be combined with certain discounts or promotions, where prohibited
• Lost, stolen, or deleted Gift Cards are not replaceable once redeemed
• Unauthorized use of Gift Cards or Store Credit is not the responsibility of Ground Up Motors – SS396.com

Returns & Cancellations

• Gift Card purchases are non-refundable
• If an order placed using Store Credit is returned in accordance with the Returns & Exchanges Policy, any approved refund will be issued back to Store Credit

Policy Enforcement

Ground Up Motors – SS396.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel Gift Cards or Store Credit balances if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
