Mike C’s 1969 Chevelle SS396

Built From The Ground Up

Mike C’s 1969 Chevelle SS396

Mike picked up this numbers matching 1969 Chevelle SS early in 2020, it is a 396/325hp M21 Muncie 4 speed car with the original engine/transmission combo.

Approximately around 1990, one of the previous owners painted it red as pictured, but it is originally a Daytona Yellow car. Mike plans to address that in the near future, but otherwise he wishes to keep it as stock as he can, aside from possibly adding fuel injection for reliability’s sake. He has been steadily replacing any worn components that he can through SS396.com.

“It’s a Chevelle, enough said!”

Mike

Mike is planning on attending the Hot Rod Power Tour of 2021, as long as it is still held next year.
