Jim P’s wife bought this 1969 Chevelle for him for their wedding anniversary in 2015.
It has special sentimental value to Jim because he had this exact spec’d 1969 Chevelle back in his high school days, unfortunately when he joined up with the Marines, he had to let it go and it’s been a regret ever since.
This Chevelle is a resto-modded SS with a big block 396, M21 4 speed transmission. Jim’s modified the Chevelle with an EFI system and headers, relatively mild as it is just his weekend cruiser. In the future he would like to swap the M21 in favor of a 5-speed transmission and potentially an engine swap. Time will tell.
