Raymond took possession of this 1978 Camaro back in the 1990s to keep his ex from getting it repossessed and it has been sitting in his yard ever since. Unfortunately it’s been neglected and exposed to the elements, going downhill year after year.
Almost at the point where it would be in too rough shape to restore, one day a few years ago Ray ran into one of his old friends who informed him that he had just come across an old 350 small block that he would sell for a bargain. Ray knew this was a sign that he should finally do something with that old 1978 Camaro sitting in the yard.
Getting that small block gave Raymond the inspiration to begin tearing into the old 1978 Camaro. It’s been rough going bringing the car back to life but it is finally beginning to show some of it’s future potential.
“My favorite thing about the car is I done everything to it myself. And brought it back from the dead! Hopefully someday it will be totally restored.”
