This kit allows you to use your factory-installed console shifter with a newer 3-speed TH350 or TH400 transmission. This kit eliminates the rod linkage and replaces it with a cable. The kit includes a new laser cut and hardened detent for proper stops and gear selection, a new cable mount bracket which bolts to the shifter base, a cable pin to connect the cable to the shifter handle, all necessary hardware, and instructions.
