He enjoyed it as it was for a little while during the \u201890s and then parked it for a number of years. Fast forward to 2008, when he began the full frame off restoration which was completed in 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luckily, this \u201966 Chevelle retained the original numbers matching 396\/325hp big block and original PowerGlide transmission, but much of the rest of the Chevelle was in rough shape and needed replacing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the restoration was completed Jeff began taking it to local car shows, where it received several Best of Show, First and Second place awards amongst stiff competition.
