This local car is a special one; an original 1967 SS 396 with a 4-speed. Frank began the restoration in July 2005 and basically built this car right out of the Ground Up Camaro catalog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI have replaced the inner and outer rockers, complete floor pan, trunk pan, frame rails, roof panel, quarters, door skins, fenders, hood, valance, etc. and everything fit perfectly.\u201d<\/p>– Frank<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
The car has come a long way and there is still a ways left to go, but this is the reason we\u2019re here. We love to save these awesome machines just as Frank did. He saw the potential and has worked hard to bring this car to where it is today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We can\u2019t wait to see the car once it\u2019s finished! That\u2019s what makes the whole restoration process worth the effort.
