COVID-19 Update

Dear valued Customers,

We would like to take this time to thank you, our valued customer, for the continued support of Ground Up, Inc. during this difficult time. We are glad that so many of you are adhering to the guidelines put in place by staying safe and socially distancing at home and in your communities. We recognize that in doing so many of you are passing the time by keeping busy in your garage with projects big and small.

For this, we cannot thank all of you enough for choosing Ground Up, Inc. as your parts supplier. By choosing us, you are not only supporting Ground Up, Inc. as a whole but more importantly, our employees who have continued to serve our customers to the best of their abilities. To do so many employees have taken on multiple roles, so please keep this in mind the next time you’re on hold for an extended time or waiting for an order to ship. We promise we are working as hard as possible every day to serve you. To thank all of our loyal customers, we pledge to continue to do everything in our power to answer your calls, respond to your emails, answer your tech questions, and most importantly get your orders shipped on time until this is all behind us.

Company Updates

We apologize if you’ve called us and have experienced wait times that are longer than expected. Due to high call volume, longer hold times are expected and we suggest that you use our online website, to place and track order.

We have altered our Call Center hours to allow our CSR’s the time to better assist all of our customers going forward.

Call Center Hours

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (EST.)

Friday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm (EST.)

Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (EST.)

Average Hold Times: Less than 15 minutes

Our showroom & parts pick-up are suspended indefinitely.

Ground Up, Inc is on a higher than normal shipping schedule. Most orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 3:00 pm EST. ship the same day or next day as received.

As always, our website is open 24/7 to accept online orders. It is fast, there is no wait time and you can effortlessly order the parts you need to get your order into the shipping queue immediately.

We just launched a new online portal to better facilitate returns, exchanges, and refunds! Please go to the following link and fill out the form completely. Once submitted a representative will reach out to you with the next steps for returning your item.

NOTICE: Per CDC recommendations all returning packages must sit in our warehouse to disinfect for 14 days upon receiving them. Due to this refunds and exchange shipments will take longer than usual to process.  

While Connecticut has one of the lowest COVID-19 case rates in the country we are still doing everything in our power to keep a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. We will continue to adhere to recommended hygiene and social distancing practices, and we’ve increased janitorial services to preserve a clean, healthy work environment.
