Part Description:
This is a factory style El Camino driveshaft which features the same shape and design as GM. The down tube is tapered at both ends and comes as semi polished bare steel with fully machine welded end caps with factory style blueing on the ends. This drive shaft is totally balanced and includes a new slip yoke and fully greasable U-joints. Center to center of joints measures 55.5 inches. Correct for LS5 and LS6. Part Notes:
LENGTHS ARE MEASURED CENTER TO CENTER OF REAR U JOINTS, OF WHICH WE OFFER TWO STYLES: 1310 AND 1330. THE MEASUREMENT OF THE YOKE OF YOUR REAR END IS REQUIRED TO GET THE PROPER FIT OF THE DRIVESHAFT. YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW THREE THINGS TO PURCHASE THE PROPER DRIVESHAFT: 1) THE LENGTH OF YOUR DRIVESHAFT CENTER TO CENTER; 2) THE SLIP YOKE STYLE; 3) THE U JOINT TYPE, EITHER 1310 OR 1330. THE 1310 MEASURES 3 1/4 FROM CAP TO CAP; THE 1330 MEASURES 3 5/8 FROM CAP TO CAP. Part Applications:
