Part Description:
This Detroit Speed and Engineering tubular upper control arm kit is a bolt on enhancement for your Nova. DSE's suspension geometry is improved over stock by increasing camber gain and improving roll camber. This kit is a complete package. These tubular upper control arms have been computer modeled and feature CNC machined stainless steel cross shafts which incorporate DSE Caster Tuner Bushings. These aluminum bushings adjust caster by moving the upper control arm fore/aft for more or less caster without adding alignment shims. This unique caster adjustment design is engineered to be precise and permanent. The upper control arms also utilize DSE greasable aluminum/Delrin bushings which have an increased stiffness over stock. This provides more consistent and precise handling. These bushings have CNC machined beveled stainless washers and stainless ny-lock nuts. The upper control arms have CNC machined tube ends for precision fit. The arms are then TIG welded in a fixture for accuracy and repeatability of geometry. The ball joint pocket is CNC machined from billet for increased strength. A triangulated steel plate adds strength and limits rebound travel with a urethane stop. The arms are powder coated glass black and come assembled with ball joints. These arms are ready to bolt on!
