Ground Up, one of the nations largest suppliers of specialty auto parts, is currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and professional individual to join its high volume call center. Ground Up's call center is a fast paced environment where prompt attention to customer service is the top priority. From taking phone orders to assisting customers with issues, you will be part of a supportive team that is focused on problem solving.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service through phone and email communication
• Input phone and internet orders using Mail Order Manager software
• Take accountability for and follow up on customer requests
• Maintain a professional attitude
• Adhere to all company policies

• Inside sales and/or call center experience a must
• Conduct telephone conversations in a pleasant and professional manner
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (some Saturdays may be required)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer)

• Pick, pack, and scan finished goods
• Prepare, weigh, and process packaging for shipment using UPS and Fed Ex software and affix shipping label
• Verify and scan packing slip with purchase order and receive inventory
• Participate in physical inventory counts / stock takes
• Stock and replenish shelves; rotate inventory
• Operate pallet jack and other equipment

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Picking, packing, and shipping experience preferred

• Salary $18-21k / year
