Call Center
Location: Naugatuck, CT
Full Time
Ground Up, one of the nations largest suppliers of specialty auto parts, is currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and professional individual to join its high volume call center. Ground Up's call center is a fast paced environment where prompt attention to customer service is the top priority. From taking phone orders to assisting customers with issues, you will be part of a supportive team that is focused on problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service through phone and email communication
- Input phone and internet orders using Mail Order Manager software
- Take accountability for and follow up on customer requests
- Maintain a professional attitude
- Adhere to all company policies
Requirements:
- Inside sales and/or call center experience a must
- Conduct telephone conversations in a pleasant and professional manner
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (some Saturdays may be required)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer)

Warehouse Associate
Location: Naugatuck, CT
Full Time
Ground Up has several openings for hard working, enthusiastic individuals to work in its high volume warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and scan finished goods
- Prepare, weigh, and process packaging for shipment using UPS and Fed Ex software and affix shipping label
- Verify and scan packing slip with purchase order and receive inventory
- Participate in physical inventory counts / stock takes
- Stock and replenish shelves; rotate inventory
- Operate pallet jack and other equipment
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Picking, packing, and shipping experience preferred
Compensation Package:
- Salary $18-21k / year
- Paid vacation time
