If you are really looking to give your El Camino an easy 15-30 horsepower boost, toss out your old balance tube and go with one of these new X-Change Crossovers from Pypes. This new siamese design is dyno proven to increase horsepower and torque. This pipe has all the features of the X-Crossover, but allows you to switch from closed to open exhaust in about 5 minutes. The full benefits of the crossover are still realized because the exhaust opens AFTER the crossover.
